Refund policy

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please let us know via email at sales@peakheritage.co.uk.

 If a product has arrived damaged or faulty, do not attempt to use, or hang any signs. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email.

Only generic products that are not custom made can be returned. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt via email.

All bespoke, custom made products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, faulty or we have made an error with the personalisation. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email.

As many items are made of wood, there may be naturally occurring knots, grain patterns and colour variations, which help to enhance the beauty of the wood.  We do not refund or replace items on account of the knots and/or grain patterns and colour variations in the wood. All eligible products must be returned back to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any free gifts or accessories.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied using the original method of payment within 14 calendar days.

Please return your item to the following address and enclose a note/invoice in the parcel with your details, stating reason for return and whether you require a replacement or refund.

Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
